NewMedSkills provides healthcare workforce assessment, training, licensing support, matching and deployment services. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Candidates and employers must meet the eligibility requirements of their relevant jurisdictions.
4. Candidate & employer obligations
Candidates warrant that all credentials, qualifications and documents submitted are genuine. Employers warrant that roles advertised are real, compliant and fairly described.
5. Intellectual property
All content, branding, software and assessments on the platform are owned by NewMedSkills or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NewMedSkills is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the services.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NewMedSkills is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
